Roast duck is one of the traditional Chinese foods in the country.
And in my home, it is the best of family’s wholesome dish that has impressed anybody. So, enjoy making my favourite dish of all time. A classic recipe. For a typical delicious meal simply serve the ROAST with potatoes and sauces of your choice.
Ingredients:
2kg Whole fresh Duck
2 Teaspoons of table Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons of Chinese Seasoning
Glaze:
1/4 Cup Honey

    DONT USE CREAM, mix parmesan and egg together with a little cup of the pasta water, throw that in at the end and cook it on low heat for a minute or 2 then it turns into a cream, if it scrambles you have cooked it too long, this is the authentic way!
